 11 ਨਵੰਬਰ, 2022 ਜਲੰਧਰ : ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਲਤੀਫਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਊ ਮਾਡਲ ਟਾਊਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਲੰਘਦੀ 120 ਫੁੱਟ ਸੜਕ ਤੋਂ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੁੜ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।  ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਬਲ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਹੇ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਖਾਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ।  ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲਤੀਫਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ-ਅੰਦਰ ਹਟਾਏ ਜਾਣ।  ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ 'ਚ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੁਲਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਖੁਦ ਅਦਾਲਤ 'ਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਏ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ 'ਚ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੱਸੀ।  ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਨਿਗਮ ਅਤੇ ਨਗਰ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਟਰੱਸਟ ਦੀ ਤਰਫੋਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਹਟਾਏ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਸਨ।

लतीफपुरा में 120 फुटी रोड से कब्जे हटाने का हाईकोर्ट का आदेश

11 नवंबर , 2022 , जालंधर : लतीफपुरा व न्यू मॉडल टाउन के बीच से गुजरती 120 फुटी सड़क पर हुए कब्जे हटाने को लेकर हाईकोर्ट ने फिर से आदेश जारी किया है । हाईकोर्ट ने सुनवाई में कहा कि पुलिस कमिश्नर पुलिस फोर्स मुहैया नहीं करवा रहे हैं , जिससे सरकारी जमीन को खाली नहीं करवाया जा सका । सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया है कि तीन महीने के अंदर लतीफपुरा के सभी कब्जे व अतिक्रमण हटाए जाएं । आदेश के बाद हाईकोर्ट में वीरवार को सुनवाई के दौरान कहा कि पुलिस कमिश्नर व्यक्तिगत तौर पर कोर्ट में पेश होकर तीन महीने के भीतर कब्जे हटाने के लिए अपनी योजना बताए । मालूम हो कि इससे पहले भी सरकारी जमीन पर काबिज लोगों को निगम और इंप्रूवमेंट ट्रस्ट की तरफ से कार्यवाही कर हटाने का प्रयास किया गया था , लेकिन कुछ राजनीति के चक्कर में कब्जा नहीं हट सका ।

High Court order to remove possession from 120 foot road in Latifpura

 November 11, 2022, Jalandhar: The High Court has again issued an order to remove the occupation of 120 feet road passing between Latifpura and New Model Town.  The High Court said in the hearing that the police commissioner was not providing the police force, due to which the government land could not be vacated.  The Supreme Court has ordered that all occupation and encroachments of Latifpura should be removed within three months.  After the order, during the hearing in the High Court on Thursday, the police commissioner personally appeared in the court and told his plan to remove the occupation within three months.  It is known that even before this, an attempt was made to remove the people occupied on government land by taking action on behalf of the Corporation and the Improvement Trust, but due to some politics, the possession could not be removed.
