 ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼

 ਮਦਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਰੋਟਾਣੇ ਚੀਫ਼ ਬਿਊਰੋ, ਜੀ.ਏ.ਨਿਊਜ਼ , 22 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ, 2022: ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ/ਜਲੰਧਰ/ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਨਮਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ 'ਤੇ 720 ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।  ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੀਤ ਹੇਅਰ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ 15 ਟੀਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।  ਇਹ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਦਿਨ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।  ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।  ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਲੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਭੇਦਭਾਵ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ।  ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ’ਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਵੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

 ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਚਾਲੂ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਨਾ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।  ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।  ਪਰ .  ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

 ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਗੈਰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਹੈ।

 ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।  ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਸੀਬੀਐਸਈ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹਨ।  ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ 'ਤੇ ਸਾਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੈ।  ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਦਬਾਅ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ, ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।  -ਅਨਿਲ ਚੋਪੜਾ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੀਬੀਐਸਈ ਐਫੀਲੀਏਟਿਡ ਸਕੂਲਜ਼ ਐਸੋ.  (ਕਾਸਾ)

Punjab government's decision on parents' complaints

  15 teams formed for checking 720 private schools, if the complaint is correct, then recognition will be canceled

 Instructions for strict action for breaking the rules

 Madan Singh Corotane, Chief Bureau, G.A.  News , April 20 , 2022 : Chandigarh / Jalandhar / Punjab Government has decided to check 720 private schools on complaints of arbitrariness.  Education Minister Gurmeet Singh Meet Hare said on Tuesday, the Chief Minister has formed 15 teams for investigation in schools.  These teams can check anytime any day.  They will have the right to check the records and documents of private schools.  The teams are instructed that the team's working should not leak and there should be no complaint of discrimination.  Action will also be taken against the team on the complaint.

 The Chief Minister has given instructions, if any private school violates the rules, then strict action should be taken against it, the government has decided not to increase the fees in the current financial year.  Guidelines have been issued.  but .  Despite this, complaints are being received continuously from the parents for pressurizing the schools.
