15 ਦਿਨਾਂ ' ਚ 3500 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਣ ' ਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਿਆ

News, ਬਿਊਰੋ, 1 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2022 ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਸ਼ਵਨੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ 'ਤੇ 15 ਦਿਨਾਂ 'ਚ 3500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਣ 'ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਮਾਡਲ ਹੈ? ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਹਾਲਤ ਇੰਨੀ ਤਰਸਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਰੇ ਕੀ?

ਜਦੋਂ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਵਿਚ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਅਕਸਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਖਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਖਾਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਸਿਰਫ ਪੀਪਾ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਹੁਣ ਖਾਲੀ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਮੰਡੀ ਤੋਂ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ?

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 6 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ 'ਚੋਂ 1500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 23 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 1000 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ 7.19 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਵਿਆਜ ਦਰ 'ਤੇ 20 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਸੇ ਦਿਨ 1000 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਹੋਰ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ 7.41 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਦੀ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਵਿਆਜ ਦਰ 'ਤੇ ਉਸੇ 20 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ 2042 ਤਕ ਵਾਪਸ ਮੋੜਨਾ ਹੈ।

ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੂਰਖ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਲਈ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਵੱਡੇ-ਵੱਡੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ। ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਮਾਡਲ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਜਿਸ ਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਖੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

BJP besieges government over Rs 3,500 crore loan in 15 days

 G.A.  Chandigarh, April 1, 2022: BJP state president Ashwani Sharma has questioned the Bhagwant Mann-led government for taking a loan of Rs 3,500 crore in 15 days.  "Is this the Delhi model of Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann?" Sharma asked.  He said that the economic condition of Punjab government was so pitiable that the present government of Aam Aadmi Party did not understand what to do.

 When Bhagwant Mann was in the Opposition, he often said that the treasury is not empty, only the cask is empty.  Sharma questioned why Bhagwant Mann was now borrowing from the market instead of filling the empty coffers.

 He said that Punjab government had on March 6 borrowed Rs. 1500 crore from the market.  Since then, on the occasion of Shaheed Bhagat Singh's martyrdom day on March 23, the Bhagwant Mann government has taken a loan of Rs.1000 crore at 7.19 per cent interest for 20 years.  On the same day, another loan of Rs 1,000 crore was taken at a different interest rate of 7.41 per cent for the same 20 years.  The government has to repay the loan by 2042.

 Sharma said that the Aam Aadmi Party had made many big promises for free to fool the people of Punjab and win the Assembly elections.  Sharma asked why Bhagwant Mann did not implement the Delhi model instead of borrowing to run the Punjab government which Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann had repeatedly talked of implementing in Punjab.  Given the pace at which the Punjab government led by Bhagwant Mann is borrowing, huge difficulties are bound to arise for Punjab in the years to come.

 जीए  चंडीगढ़, 1 अप्रैल, 2022: भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अश्विनी शर्मा ने भगवंत मान के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार पर 15 दिनों में 3,500 करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज लेने पर सवाल उठाया है।  "क्या यह केजरीवाल और भगवंत मान का दिल्ली मॉडल है?" शर्मा ने पूछा।  उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब सरकार की आर्थिक स्थिति इतनी दयनीय है कि आम आदमी पार्टी की मौजूदा सरकार को समझ ही नहीं आ रहा है कि क्या किया जाए.

 भगवंत मान जब विपक्ष में थे तो अक्सर कहते थे कि खजाना खाली नहीं होता, सिर्फ पीपा खाली होता है।  शर्मा ने सवाल किया कि भगवंत मान अब खाली तिजोरी भरने के बजाय बाजार से कर्ज क्यों ले रहे हैं।

 उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब सरकार ने 6 मार्च को बाजार से 1500 करोड़ रुपये उधार लिए थे।  तब से 23 मार्च को शहीद भगत सिंह के शहादत दिवस के मौके पर भगवंत मान सरकार ने 20 साल के लिए 7.19 फीसदी ब्याज पर 1000 करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज लिया है.  उसी दिन, उसी 20 वर्षों के लिए 7.41 प्रतिशत की अलग ब्याज दर पर 1,000 करोड़ रुपये का एक और ऋण लिया गया।  सरकार को 2042 तक कर्ज चुकाना है।

 शर्मा ने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी ने पंजाब के लोगों को बेवकूफ बनाने और विधानसभा चुनाव जीतने के लिए मुफ्त में कई बड़े वादे किए थे।  शर्मा ने पूछा कि भगवंत मान ने पंजाब सरकार चलाने के लिए उधार लेने के बजाय दिल्ली मॉडल को लागू क्यों नहीं किया, जिसे केजरीवाल और भगवंत मान ने बार-बार पंजाब में लागू करने की बात कही थी।  भगवंत मान के नेतृत्व वाली पंजाब सरकार जिस रफ्तार से कर्ज ले रही है, उसे देखते हुए आने वाले सालों में पंजाब के लिए बड़ी मुश्किलें खड़ी होना लाजमी है।
