 ਮ. ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਰੋਟਾਣੇ ਚੀਫ਼ ਬਿਊਰੋ,  ਜਲੰਧਰ, 02 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2022 : 1994 ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਮਿਲੀ।  ਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਡੇਢ ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਵਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਰੀਬ 26 ਸਾਲ 6 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ।  ਹੁਣ ਔਰਤ ਦੀ ਨੂੰਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੀ ਸੱਸ ਦੀ ਪੋਲ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ।  ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਔਰਤ ਦੀ ਨੂੰਹ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੱਸ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।  ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਰਮਨਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਪਤਨੀ ਬਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਅਰਬਨ ਸਿਟੀ ਕੱਕੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ 'ਤੇ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਵਾਸੀ ਘੁੰਗਰਾਲੀ ਸਿੱਖਾਨ 'ਤੇ ਧੋਖਾਦੇਹੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਹੁਰਾ ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਸ 'ਚ ਬਤੌਰ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇੱਕ ਕਾਂਸਟੇਬਲ ਨੰਬਰ 471 ਖੰਨਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਖੰਨਾ।  ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ 17 ਮਈ 1994 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ।

 ਨੂੰਹ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ...

 ਨੂੰਹ ਨੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੱਸ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਦੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲੈ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ।  ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੱਸ ਨੇ 15 ਨਵੰਬਰ 1995 ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਦੂਜਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਵਾ ਲਿਆ।  ਸੱਸ ਦੂਜੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ।  ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੋਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ

 ਨੂੰਹ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ..

 ਨੂੰਹ ਨੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸੱਸ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਦੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲੈ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ।  ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੱਸ ਨੇ 15 ਨਵੰਬਰ 1995 ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਦੂਜਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਵਾ ਲਿਆ।  ਸੱਸ ਦੂਜੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ।  ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੋਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

 ਦੂਜੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਣਾ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਹੈ।

 ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਆਈਓ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੂਜੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਣੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖੀ।  ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਗੁਨਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।  ਉਸ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

 बहू की शिकायत पर सास पर धोखाधड़ी का केस

मदन सिंह कोरोटाने, चीफ ब्यूरो, जी.ए. न्यूज , जालंधर, 02 अप्रैल , 2022: 1994 में पुलिस मुलाजिम की मौत के बाद उसकी पत्नी की पेंशन लग गई । पति की मौत के डेढ़ साल बाद ही महिला ने दूसरी शादी कर ली और करीब 26 साल 6 माह तक पेंशन लेती रही । अब महिला की बहू ने अपनी सास की ही पोल खोल दी । पुलिस ने महिला की बहू की शिकायत पर जांच के बाद पुलिस ने सास के खिलाफ की कार्रवाई करते हुए केस दर्ज किया है । पुलिस ने रमनजीत कौर पत्नी बलजीत सिंह निवासी अर्बन सिटी कक्कों जिला होशियारपुर की शिकायत पर बलविंदर कौर निवासी घुंगराली सिखां पर धोखाधड़ी का केस दर्ज किया है शिकायतकर्ता के मुताबिक उसका ससुर गुरजंट सिंह पंजाब पुलिस में बतौर हवलदार नंबर 471 खन्ना पुलिस जिला खन्ना में ड्यूटी करते थे । जिनकी मौत 17 मई 1994 को हो गई थी ।

बहू ने पुलिस को शिकायत दी कि ससुर की मौत के बाद उसकी सास बलविंदर कौर की पेंशन लगी थी । उसके बाद सास ने दूसरी शादी 15 नवंबर 1995 को दर्शन सिंह से कर ली । सास दूसरी शादी कराने के बावजूद उसके ससुर गुरजंट सिंह की पेंशन लेती रही । कानून मुताबिक कोई हक नहीं है ।

जांच कर रहे आईओ ने बताया कि महिला पहले पति की मौत के बाद दूसरी शादी कराने के बावजूद पेंशन लेती रही । महिला ने अपराध किया है । उसके खिलाफ केस दर्ज कर कार्रवाई की जा रही है ।
