 ਮਦਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਰੋਟਾਣੇ, ਚੀਫ ਬਿਊਰੋ, ਜੀਏ ਨਿਊਜ਼, 21 ਮਾਰਚ, 2022, ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਖੁਦ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਰਵੇਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।  ਕਾਰਨ - ਨਵੀਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਗਠਨ ਨਾਲ 15 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਆਰਡਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਕੋਲ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।  ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਲੋਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।  ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਯਮ ਤੋੜਨ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਪੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਪਏ ਹਨ।  ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਲਾਨ ਫਾਈਲਾਂ 'ਚੋਂ ਨਿਕਲ ਕੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ।  ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਜੇ.ਡੀ.ਏ ਨੇ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਅੱਗੇ ਪਿਂਡ ਕਾਨਪੁਰ, ਅਲੀਪੁਰ, ਜੰਡੂਸਿੰਘਾ, ਪਰਾਗਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੇਖੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਕਾਲੋਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।  ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਨਿਗਮ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਵੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।  ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੱਸੋ  ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਕਲੋਨਾਈਜ਼ਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਲੋਨੀਆਂ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।  ਸੀਵਰੇਜ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੱਚੀਆਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਲਾਟ ਬਣਾਉਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਪੂੰਜੀ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਫਸ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।  ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ 'ਤੇ, ਪੁੱਡਾ ਵਿਚ ਕਲੋਨਾਈਜ਼ਰ ਨੇ ਪਾਲਿਸੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੰਪਾਊਂਡਿੰਗ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ।  ਪੁੱਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੱਕ ਕਲੋਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਤੋਂ 283, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ 259 ਅਤੇ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਤੋਂ 145 ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ।  ਜੇਕਰ ਪਾਲਿਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਵਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।  ਨਵੀਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਗਮ ਅਤੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਇੰਪਰੂਵਮੈਂਟ ਟਰੱਸਟ ਨੇ ਸੂਚੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।  ਪੁੱਡਾ ਦੇ ਏਈਓ ਚੰਦਰਸ਼ੇਖਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

 ਇਸ ਲਈ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ ਨੀਂਦ : ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਉੱਥੇ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹਨ

 ਪਾਲਿਸੀ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਨਾ ਆਉਣ 'ਤੇ ਐਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ

 ਪੁੱਡਾ ਨੇ ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੱਕ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਲੋਨੀਆਂ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ 32, ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ 23 ਅਤੇ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ 22 ਕਲੋਨਾਈਜ਼ਰਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।  ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਲੋਨਾਈਜ਼ਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਕਲੋਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ।

 ਮਿਊਂਸੀਪਲ ਸਰਵੇ 'ਚ 60 ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਮਿਲੀਆ

  ਨਿਗਮ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬਣੀਆਂ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਰਵੇ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।  ਸਾਰੇ ਏਟੀਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਫੀਲਡ 'ਤੇ ਉਤਰ ਆਏ ਹਨ।  ਨਿਗਮ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰੇਗਾ।  ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਨਾ ਰੋਕੀ ਗਈ ਤਾਂ ਸੀਲਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।  ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹੁਣ ਲਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।  ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਨਿਗਮ ਦੇ ਐਮਟੀਪੀ ਮੇਹਰਬਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਜ਼ੋਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਰਵੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।  ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 60 ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਫੜੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
