 Madan Singh Korotne Chief Bureau / GA News: 11-12-2020, Jalandhar / Shahkot / Malsian The trolling in the tehsils of the district is going fast.  The video of a bribe of a worker posted in Tehsil Shahkot became a ruckus due to viral.  Employees posted in Tehsil had demanded bribe in exchange for a will from two youths from Kotli village after the video went viral and members of the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Samiti started a protest.  The employee has been dismissed with immediate effect in view of the increasing anger of the farmers.  Tehsildar Pradeep Kumar said that this employee was working on a contract whose services have been terminated.

 A person from Kotli Gajran village went to the tehsil premises to bequeath the land of his relatives.  Some leaders of the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Samiti were also present with him.  Two employees working in the tehsil asked for bribe.  After the uproar, the accused employee returned the money amid protests from farmers including zonal head Gurmel Singh, Harpreet Singh Kotli.  Farmer leaders demanded action on the employee.  Seeing the increasing displeasure of the farmers, the tehsildar said that the allegations against the employee in the video are proving true.  Because of this, his contract has been terminated.

 ਮਦਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਰੋਟਨੇ ਚੀਫ ਬਿਉਰੋ / ਜੀਏ ਨਿਊਜ਼: 11-12-2020, ਜਲੰਧਰ / ਸ਼ਾਹਕੋਟ / ਮਲਸੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਹਿਸੀਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੇਰਾਫੇਰੀ ਤੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।  ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਸ਼ਾਹਕੋਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਇੱਕ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਦਾ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।  ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕੋਟਲੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਸੀਅਤ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।  ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੇ ਰੋਹ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਨਾਲ ਬਰਖਾਸਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।  ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੀਪ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਠੇਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।

 ਪੈਸੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ 

 ਕੋਟਲੀ ਗਜਰਾਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵਸੀਅਤ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।  ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਆਗੂ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।  ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਦੋ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਮੰਗੀ।  ਹੰਗਾਮੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਨਲ ਮੁਖੀ ਗੁਰਮੇਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਟਲੀ ਸਣੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੈਸੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ।  ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ’ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ।  ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੱਧਦੀ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ‘ਤੇ ਲੱਗੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਸੱਚ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।  ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਨਾਮਾ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ.
